A few years ago we visited the newly opened Museo de Cacao¬†near Tikul, Yucatan. I’m reminded of that delightful trip because I’ve stumbled on a blog written by an Aussie, a philosopher of science who fancies chocolate. (The museum can be enjoyed as part of the ruta de puuc bus trip, which departs from Merida; it’s in the same region as the pyramid at Uxmal, which is also included in that trip, I believe.)
